Over the last 25 years of learning, building and teaching, I’ve been lucky enough to have worked with some of the smartest teams and biggest companies in the world. I've seen first hand the power of learning to transform lives and careers. But I've also witnessed the frustrations and roadblocks that many people face with traditional, industrial education.
I believe learning can be a joyful journey of discovery, filled with welcome confusion and tireless triumph, one precious aha! moment at a time, all the way to playful comfort with a new subject.
But learning is ultimately a lonely process for each of us, even when we’re sitting right next to our best friend while working on the same problem together. What happens inside each of us is very personal and unique to where we’ve been, where we are today and where we hope to go tomorrow.
